Refund & Cancellation Policy | Terms & Conditions

Bhaluka Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Abhiyan is a joint initiative approved by the Government of India and in collaboration with RGCSA. The merchant name in case of online fee transactions will be issued by the private partner as applicable.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • For new admission of any courses or fees payment for existing on going courses, No refund will be processed either by online payment or in cash.
  • Bhaluka RGCSA will not be responsible for any refunds arising out of any failures in online payments and in case the amount gets deducted from users account and does not get credited in Bhaluka RGCSA account, before the transaction is complete. Users in this case will have to contact his Bank to clarify the same.
  • Company reserves the right to modify and amend refund policy at its sole discretion.
  • Bhaluka RGCSA reserve the right to cancel courses at anytime. In the event that Bhaluka RGCSA cancels a scheduled course, the student will receive a full fee refund for the same. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid refund request.
  • In the event that Bhaluka RGCSA cancels a course, the full amount will be refunded.
  • No course registration will be final and confirmed until the full amount is paid either by credit card /debit card /net banking / online payment or bank transfer.
Registration / Membership:
  • A registration for any courses will not be considered as completed until full payment has been made.
  • In case the course has a limited number of seats for participants and the course has already been fully booked at the moment of receiving the payment, the full amount will be returned (and registration will automatically be cancelled).
